Project Description — Topicals

Topicals needed a website experience that could support growth without sacrificing brand storytelling. Despite strong product market fit, conversion rates were constrained by friction in navigation, product education, and checkout flow.

We rebuilt the information architecture around buyer intent and simplified the path to purchase. Product pages were redesigned to prioritize benefit clarity, social proof, and ingredient transparency. Visual hierarchy was optimized to guide decision-making while preserving brand personality.
